Customers also provide us with information regarding the Services you have ordered (e.g. event registration, sponsorship or exhibition; membership). In addition to the Information you provide to use, we also use software to track when and how often you log on to the Site as well as your Site download history. We also use “cookies” to prevent the need to re-insert username and password as you move from one page of the Site to the next. A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user. This site uses cookies to recognize Customers in order to facilitate their access to the Site and to track their usage on the Site.

(D) Conference and Sponsored Webinar Lists: Chartwell reserves the right to share contact information (name, address, email) of site visitors who register for a conference or sponsored webinar with other registrants of the same conference for the purposes of networking, or to third parties that sponsor or exhibit their products and services at Chartwell conferences or webinars. However, conference attendees may be able to opt-out of certain conference listings by providing written notice to Chartwell after registering for a conference or event. 4. How Is Site User Information Protected?
Our Site has security measures in place to help protect your information. Unique usernames and passwords must be entered each time a person logs onto the Site.
