In Ontario, damage to underground infrastructure caused by unsafe digging costs $1.2 billion each year. With home renovations and construction on the rise during to the pandemic, Enbridge Gas launched a multifaceted Damage Prevention Campaign in 2021 to reduce these incidents, prevent injuries, and potentially save lives. The campaign, which targeted residential customers, municipal stakeholders, contractors and builders, featured messaging on a variety of channels in several languages.
