With more than 350,000 business customer accounts throughout the ComEd service territory, there is simply no way to devise a one-size fits all method of servicing each business customer. Over the past 30 years, ComEd has employed a number of different paradigms for addressing the needs of customers which range from the very smallest business customers (on watt-hour meters) to 10 MW+ demand customers that require a dedicated account manager with weekly interactions required. In this webinar, Ed Friman and Jessica Stumpe will outline both the current and historical structures put in place to service all of ComEd's business customers.
