Robotic process automation sees growing adoption for use in billing among utilities
Robotic process automation, or RPA, has emerged as a new method for utilities to achieve cost savings and operational efficiencies by enabling the automation of repetitive tasks that would otherwise be performed by a human worker. RPA offers many benefits, including the avoidance of future hiring, more efficient and less error-prone execution of tasks, and freeing human workers to complete more complicated work.
