SDG&E Revitalizes Digital Experience with CIS Replacement
SDG&E’s successful CIS replacement project, launched in partnership with Smart Energy Water, has bolstered the utility’s ability to provide user-friendly customer-facing digital platforms. The utility took home Chartwell’s 2021 Bronze Digital Experience Award for the project.
