Submissions are open for Chartwell’s 2020 Best Practices Awards

By Suzanne Haggerty, Senior Manager of Customer Engagement —

So, the longest March in the history of the Gregorian calendar has finally ended. April is here, and … and it pretty much looks like March. Only everyone knows way too much about Joe Exotic and our suspicions about which co-workers can’t be trusted with unsupervised use of new technology have been confirmed.

One of the things running like clockwork during this crisis, however, is the kickoff of Chartwell’s Best Practices Awards season. Submissions are open and award entry forms have been posted.

The original awards of their kind for utilities, Chartwell’s Best Practices Awards recognize excellence among electric and gas utilities with respect to projects, programs and service initiatives. The awards program is open to all utilities – large, small, IOUs, cooperatives, and municipals – across North America.

Chartwell’s 2020 Best Practices Awards categories:

Three utilities for each category will be awarded with gold, silver and bronze recognition at EMACS – The Customer Experience Conference, Oct. 5-8 at the Renaissance Hotel in Orlando.

The deadline for submission is Wednesday, May 27. That gives you nearly two whole months to gather your team and put together your best efforts for our judges to review in June. To get an idea as to what our judges are looking for in the various categories, check out the case studies we completed on last year’s winning entries:
