The results of Chartwell's 2019 Customer Communications Industry Survey include 40 responses from utilities in the United States and Canada with a total customer base of more than 100 million.
The survey’s questions span a wide range of topics, including messaging by channel, average response times for two-way channels, email metrics and management, video communications and production, segmenting and testing marketing messages, and organizational structure.
