PSE&G Gas Safety Campaign Teaches Customers how to ‘Protect the Ones You Love’

To promote timely gas safety messaging while many of its customers were at home during the pandemic, PSE&G launched its “Protect the Ones You Love” campaign in June 2020. The campaign featured five key messages, which were designed using customer feedback and survey data, across multiple media channels. PSE&G took home Chartwell’s 2021 Bronze Best Practices Award in Communications for the campaign.
