Transforming Arrears Management in the Utility Sector
Years after the COVID-19 lockdown and its accompanying moratorium on disconnections wound down, arrears remain a significant challenge for the utility sector. In response to these challenges, Chartwell hosted a panel discussion during a webinar in January of 2024. The webinar’s topics ranged from enhanced customer self-service, on-bill payment programs, and chatbot integration to meter-to-cash analytics, tailored bill relief for low-income customers, and strategic post-COVID collection initiatives.
