Prepare for a spooky experience during this year’s DataSource results and roundtables coming up Oct. 27-29
By I.S. Dunklin, Director of Research and Analytics –
The 2020 DataSource Virtual Results and Roundtables will be haunting your house and screen in an edifying display of achievement and improvement this coming Tuesday, Oct. 27 through Thursday October 29 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern each day.
We will be taking a walk in the quartiles of infamy as we review the results of this year’s survey. Be prepared for paranormal insights and shocking statistics as companies share strategies and policies which help them attain greatness.
This year’s roundtables are not for the faint of heart as we review nine different business areas including Field Service, Meter Reading, Billing, Cash Posting, Contact Center, Business Offices, Revenue Protection and Assurance, Collections, and Social Media.
On Tuesday, Adam Cooper, Senior Director of Research and Strategy at EEI, will be discussing COVID-19 trends in the industry.
Awards for participation will be handed out on Wednesday as well as Chartwell’s very own Russ Henderson playing requests on guitar at 5pm. Thursday we will be discussing next year’s survey and ideas for improvement as well as hot topics from the previous three days.
In the holiday spirit, don’t be surprised if some Halloween characters thrill your screen with an appearance and help you understand all those results along the way. We are looking forward to spooking you into taking action and improving your company’s performance in the future.
Thanks so much for your interest in DataSource!
