PSE&G Marketing Program Reaches Customers with Financial Assistance After COVID-19

Following the complex impacts of COVID-19, PSE&G launched a Payment Assistance Outreach campaign in May 2021 to educate customers on the available assistance programs, expanded income limit eligibility and PSE&G’s payment arrangement options. As a result of the utility’s multi-channel outreach, the utility’s campaign garnered considerable engagement and successfully bolstered enrollments.
