Hawaiian Electric’s Customer Business Management Services team is realizing the positive results of offering face-to-face visits and personalized service to its 26,500 small and midsize business customers. The program has provided this segment a point of contact at the utility as well as new options and solutions to meet their needs. In-person visits to business customers have strengthened Hawaiian Electric’s interactions with this segment, allowed the utility to proactively address customer concerns and increased participation in its programs and services.
