eBill adoption continues to grow in the utility industry, but opportunities to expand adoption further continue to present themselves. While sweepstakes, marketing and segmentation strategies work to drive adoption, customers are most interested in being incentivized to move to paperless billing. This report uses benchmarks from consumer and industry surveys to explore how utilities can better understand and address the interests and concerns of their customers to continue to drive eBill adoption.
