Self-Service Outage Hub Empowers Exelon Customers

In 2022, Exelon launched a centralized outage hub across its operating companies to strengthen customer communications and self-service opportunities. Through the intuitively designed hub, Exelon customers can now access timely and personalized outage data to make more informed decisions.

This innovative development earned Exelon a Bronze Award for Excellence in Outage Communications.
